Just what I expected. Now it heads to SCOTUS but I don't know about Ginsburg.

Okay...the peanut gallery has now been heard. Let’s see what SCOTUS has to say.

Ignore the 9th circuit - they are illegitimate.

That’s about right from this leftist appeals court. So, it makes sense to them to say the Administration applied “inadequate and flawed reasons” to get rid of a program that is unconstitutional. Yup, they are a great bunch of brainless idiots who make decisions based on their leftist ideology rather than the law and the Constitution.

Why in hell does a district court get away with issuing a NATIONAL order?

The Ninth Circuit court needs to be busted up or placed under a judicial supervisory status. No court has been as overturned as much as that court has.

Now that could be attributed to stupidity or failure to cite the laws in an unbiased manner. That court is Biased in the extreme.

The ruling, by a three-judge panel of the San Francisco-based Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, said the administration voiced inadequate and flawed reasons for its decision in September 2017 to terminate an Obama-era program called Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA.

Would seem 'reasons' are not required to create an Executive Order...I'd surely like to see Trump send them a letter letting them know they have no jurisdiction in this matter and they will be ignored...
