Police have identified two Florida women accused of nabbing a service dog from a Vietnam veteran last month.
The Osceola County Sheriffs Office responded to a call on Oct. 28 that a Pomeranian service dog had disappeared without a trace. Its owner: a 67-year-old Vietnam veteran with post-traumatic stress disorder.
Surveillance video shows one woman starting an altercation with the victim, while the other comes from behind, unleashes the dog, named Kira, and walks off with her, according to a press release from the sheriffs office.
Jennifer Gotschall, 53, and Monique Cosser, 51, were identified Wednesday after a tip to police from a concerned citizen led them to the pair. Kira was also recovered in good health, police say.
The victim, who has not been identified, was in Old Town with his two Pomeranian service dogs at the time of the incident.
Gotschall and Cosser have been charged with grand theft, a third-degree felony punishable by up to five years' incarceration. Officials said they are thought to have been released on bond.

They’d love it in jail, especially if they get the same cell. Sick *itches.
That photo of him in my post 1 in the red shirt with the caption identifying him as Joseph Hanson was from a different source than the article. His ID apparently was not yet known at the time of the article.
They look gay.
Officials think they’ve been released? Officials don’t know?
Put them in a cage with hungry pit bulls to teach them a lesson to leave others’ pets alone.
What did he die from? Article doesn’t say, or if it was related to the crime.
These bitches need to die.
I don’t know. Have no time to check now.
How terribly sad. Bless his soul Sweet Jesus Dear Lord. And the wonderful pompom doggies and this man’s family.
I guess that they’re in possession of a hot dog.
I hope these dykes get the five year sentence
