In Illinois we had metal boxes with sort of cheapo-looking “padlock” numbered seals that have to be cut to be removed and theoretically cannot be reinstalled once cut.
Not sure it would be all that hard for someone to simply put brand new seals on if they did cut them off to access a ballot box but getting the same numbers might be difficult unless the manufacturers are unionized.

This country has NO standing to chastise other countries on the corruption of their election systems.
Why on earth would the poll workers put a box of ballots in a storage closet? Why wouldn’t they just stack them in plain view of everyone? Even if it was innocent, it’s downright stupid.
Congress needs to step in and mandate the manner in which ballots are handled and processed. I don’t care if it costs $20 billion to fund - and personally don’t think votes should be cast on a computer system ever. I think we need to scrub voter rolls and restart registration drives. Where I vote its the butterfly ballot with a tiny blotter pen - works fine. And I always pull the ballot out and spot check that the numbers I think I am blotting are correct, for example if #9 is the candidate I am voting for I check to see that #9 is blotted.
These types of ballots can be counted using very inexpensive systems that have been around for 60-70 years - they used to use them to grade tests in grade school in the 1960s-1980s a least. They are analog systems or close to analog. Just run the ballots through and it simply counts how many dots for #9, how many for #10 etc etc.
And the preliminary counting should be done at the precinct where the votes are cast, in front of a live audience of residents. An analog tote board could display the count live as it happens. When a vote is counted it goes back into a sealed box and then sent to the state. That way every precinct can report their numbers publicly before anyone can get their hands on the ballots.

Your vote was paid for with blood of patriots, its an inheritance. Seems it gets diluted/devalued by non-citizens and then even deleted by fraudsters in the urban areas by “resisters”; I saw the type of person involved in the fraud, over and over in ANTIFA, BLM, BAMN and ‘in your face’ nasty woman and pride marches. If they have no patriotism (”No USA at all!”), no civic attitudes, no restraint or self-control how could I expect those same persons, even School Teachers and college Professors FGS, to be honest or upright at a civic duty such as election administration?

A quick search reveals a photo array of Israel schmoozing with Hillary!, Uncle Joe Biden, Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Bernie Sanders.
The Sheriff next door is Ric Bradshaw, a registered Democrat whose Palm Beach Co. website lists him as "Independent." The culture of corruption is inescapable in SE Florida.
