Arizona may be lost though.
The obvious solution is that Broward and Palm Beach will either certify the counts made on Tuesday night, or Broward and Palm Beach will be removed from the count entirely.
If the citizens of those two counties want their votes to count, then they must assure that they select honest and honorable people to hold those positions.
time stamp might help separating the new/old ballots if counted by machine as they are supposed to do....
Every ballot can be confirmed if they are are all seized.
