Somebody pointed out on the twitter thread that the added ballot numbers for the Senate, and Governor races are totally different, and questioned why anyone would only vote for one office, and not the other.

And both just happen to be JUST ENOUGH to force a recount. Imagine that, eh?

Demographics. The D’s are bitching that more votes were cast for the Governor’s race than the Senate. The reason is that many Black folks went to the polls and voted for Gillum and didn’t vote for either Senate candidate.

I did not vote for everything on my ballot so it is not unusual to do so.
