Very shaky “ruling” that shows why the judge should have never been anywhere near the bench in the first place. There doesn’t need to be any “justification” at all. It will be quickly overturned on appeal. Even a circuit court would have to laugh at the supposed “reasoning” behind this ruling.
These judges need to be tried for treason, convicted and shot by a firing squad.
Perhaps we Americans will start fighting this "war against the left" as soon as we realize that the Republican party is part and parcel of the left. It's not as radicle as the RATS, but it is leftist none the less.
Look at FL. Scott has been Gov. since 2011 and did nothing to clean up the fraudulent electorial system there. Ducey has been Gov. in AZ since 2015...same-o, same-o. And what are the results of this nonfeasance and/or misfeasance.... we will lose two Senate seats....and the GOP will do NOTHING to correct these situations.

Besides our President and a handful of good people in Congress (and I do believe a handful of them are good, and not just playing with us) we have no one we can count on in government.
since when does ‘effects of global warming’ and price of oil have anything to do with trading with our northern neighbor, Canada. The fact that Canada was not concerned with those effects or prices should be substantiation enough.

Environmentalism is here to stay. Nobody wants dirty air,soil or water. Even the GOP candidates in SC proudly proclaimed their concern for the environment. The 50 year indoctrination since Rachel Carson's "Silent Spring" has been thorough and complete. Packing the Federal courts with judges who interpret law instead of making law would be the only way to bring reason to energy and environmental policy.
Then we that produce our oil will keep our oil and the rest can get by as best they can.
Pipelines are ultra safe. Railroads and trucks. Well, not so much.
