This is why President Trump needs to act *now*, to ask the senate and house judiciary committees to clearly nail down lower federal judges, that their jurisdiction is the limit to their jurisdiction, that they are *not* all “national judges” whose orders apply to everyone and can overrule the POTUS or the congress in ALL the US.

These precious seconds of the lame duck congress are the last opportunity for TWO YEARS to bust up some of these log jams.
