Bravo! Should be the quickest consultation of record based simply on whether Mexico wishes to continue its existing relationship with USA - with no new inducements. Our national security is at risk. Is Mexico an ally or not?

The agreement should include a modest but adequate buffer zone immediately south of the border for the use of our law enforcement agencies and military, as necessary to obtain the desired results.

The policy was published in the Federal register today but it was adopted on November 6th.
