OH I was just telling our daughter how we had scrapple often growing up. Mom put sausage in ours and oh how wonderful that was!! Yes with butter and maple syrup!
Don’t ever tell your daughter *what’s in scrapple*; just that it’s delicious when fried in butter, and doused w/ maple syrup.
