Trump can't use the Army (posse commitatus) so he calls up the CA NG. Gov. Brown is not having any of that, and refuses. It's a revolt by proxy, with Brown, the DNC, and alien invaders vs. the rest of the US.
What now? Use FBI, CIA, SS or other Federal manpower? National Guard troops from other states?

That’s not correct. Posse Commitatus speaks to using the US military against American citizens on US soil. These are illegal alien invaders. The use of troops is a-OK.
