You’re right, I shouldn’t be laughing. I just think that of all the HORRIBLE states (in terms of politics and government) California is the worst. They want to be a sanctuary state? Be a sanctuary state! They should be forced to live with the consequences of their wretchedly stupid government and politicians.
Unfortunately the entire country pays for having so many illegals in CA. Congressional districts are apportioned based on population, whether legal or illegal, citizen or not. For every 700,000 persons, the state gets another Congressional Representative. This is part of the reason we lost the House.
