Well, Gov. Rick Scott’s legal action against the shoddy ballot counting antics in two of the most liberal counties in the state seems to have clinched its first win: A Florida judge ruled that Broward County, the largest Democratic county in the state, was in violation of state law, and that Brenda Snipes, the county’s elections supervisor, was in violation of open records act. Ms. Snipes was not giving regular updates on how many outstanding ballots were left. She was just dumping vote counts in the late hours, which has chipped away at Scott’s lead, but the secrecy and the timing was suspect. Why is Broward taking so long? Hurricane Michael-ravaged counties have been able to count their ballots on time. Now, she must comply with records inspections by 7 P.M.

Yeah but the right conclusion is going to happen and it was brought to light so maybe Rs in power will keep their eyes WIDE open on what’s going on during election time.
And what are the personal consequences to Brenda Snipes? If none, then she has won by already corrupting the voting process and mixing thousands of false ballots in with the lawfully completed ones.
So what? They have until 7 pm eastern time to report back to the judge. He should send some marshalls and stop this charade and arrest the two charlatans, Bucher and Snipes.
Rick Scott dropped his own ball on this. He should have had a team ready in advance, with judges ready. As soon as Broward, Palm Beach, or ANY county went past the legal deadline for turning in official ballot counts, he needed to file, get orders to inspect, and send state police to escort inspectors. Etc. And yeah, he didn’t fire Snipes when he could have long ago.
Instead, 72 hours after polls slosed, he gets to do that. 2 days of ballot forging. 3 days of fake.
Scott blew it, period. Dumbass. Ag Comm stolen already. Let’s hope he didn’t screw DeSantis as well.
People may not like to hear it, but that’s the truth.
Nullify Broward and if people complain tell them to take it out on their election folks who were cheating and got caught.
The media is completely censoring the judges remarks - merely stating the judge demanded they present the results by 7pm.
A culture of corruption permeates all of Broward County, and it adversely affects several of the surrounding counties.
Palm Beach County is not very much better, but the other 65 counties in Florida, including those in the Panhandle that had been hit with a Force 5 hurricane only a few days earlier, could and did comply with the very plain language of the Florida statutes.
Somebody should be in jail for this criminal conspiracy, and it runs all the way to Tallahassee, which, coincidentally, also happens to be where a very interested party, Andrew Gillum, was so recently mayor, and is a “person of interest” to the FBI.
Stupidity is the one crime which is punished everywhere in the universe, and the sentence is subject to neither appeal nor judicial review. The people of Broward County certainly KNOW better, but they still think they will escape the consequences by hiding behind some kind of “get out of jail free” card.

This. Broward has stunk to high heaven for years. Being caught flat-footed on this is inexcusable.
Just like Eric Holder's contempt citation, Hillary's destruction of evidence and McCabe's subpoena...NOTHING!
Do you suppose the legal voters who are being denied their votes will march on those civil servants who were entrusted with Florida’s legal ballots...I would like to see some tarring and feathering go on...those people are criminals and deserve to be jailed.
Suspend her from her office, jail her pending trial, appoint a Special Master overseen by the Court to properly recount.
