Also, Broward ballots were being transported by a single person, not in pairs of GOP/RAT workers. In some states (most states?) That’s illegal.

That is the rule in WV, however when there are not enough poll workers who volunteer, independents or minor party citizens can fill in. We have 5 workers/pct. 3:2 D or R with 3 going to the party holding the majority of County Commissioners in said county. I would think it would be hard to find R’s in Broward Co.
