Is it possible for people in the Broward County Election Supervisor’s office to fill-in a vote for Nelson?
If people are able to get their hands on the ballots, what is to stop a person from looking at the ballot and seeing that a person voted for Gillum to then conclude that person also meant to vote for Nelson?
Of course, if a person voted from DeSantis but did not vote for Scott, then there would be no reason to change the vote because that person definitely did not want Scott as Senator.

If I was a Republican party official with legitimate concerns of voter fraud, that would be my biggest concern at this point. The Democrats would try to spin this as some sort of tabulation error with the machines as the reason why it was originally counted as an undervote.
