The election crisis in Broward County spiraled further out of control Friday when elections supervisor Brenda Snipes defied a court order to allow state officials to inspect the voter records she’s been handling.
“That was supposed to be complied with by 7:00. The lawyers for Brenda snipes will not allow our team to come in and comply with the court order,” Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz revealed Friday on Fox News.
“That very same order ruled that Brenda Snipes violated the Florida Constitution by not allowing access to these important records.”

This is blatant post-election ballot-stuffing, perpetrated in broad daylight, out in the open in front of God and everyone.
Sounds good and get an army of people down there to make sure the evidence isn't touched. This is going to take a while to figure out. It may be Broward county's votes simply don't count in this election. Null and void.
Declaring Broward County votes “null and void” would be the ideal solution! All county residents bare some responsibility for that hag remaining at her post. Her supporters the most. Let them enjoy their decision!

Gov. Scott needs to immediately suspend the supervisors of elections in Broward/ Palm Beach counties. This would allow the FL Sec of State to take control. The Gov/Trump should ask the DOJ,FBI to come in and investigate voting irregularities in a federal election. You can bet that this is what the democrats would do. Republican will just set on their butts and complain like that will get the job done. Democrtas are out to win anyway they can. If Nelson is the senator how he got their does not matter. He is still in the senate and he still get to vote.

The Senate is Constitutionally empowered to decide which candidate is seated, but in 1974 New Hampshire held a statewide special election to settle a vote count dispute.
It seems unlikely that one or two counties would be allowed a revote.
