The election crisis in Broward County spiraled further out of control Friday when elections supervisor Brenda Snipes defied a court order to allow state officials to inspect the voter records she’s been handling.
“That was supposed to be complied with by 7:00. The lawyers for Brenda snipes will not allow our team to come in and comply with the court order,” Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz revealed Friday on Fox News.
“That very same order ruled that Brenda Snipes violated the Florida Constitution by not allowing access to these important records.”

You don’t reward Ms. Snipes action with another election. You invalidate all ballots in that county and let them deal with her. If they continue to elect her and enable her fraud, then their voice will not be heard through invalidation.
Republican court orders are implying the Democrats prove something they didn’t do. They will win.
The S.O.S. needs to certify the Wednesday count and push the ball in the Democrats court and make them sue so they have to prove what they did was right and the S.O.S. was wrong.

I haven’t seen this anywhere. It looks like an impasse to me and we’re stuck waiting on the court system, which that evil broad is thwarting
To me, this is a more justifiable cause for the use of civilian force, or even a civil war, if necessary. I keep thinking of Stalin’s words, “it’s who counts the votes that matters”...

Sorry, this is anything BUT reasonable. Why should a heavily democrat voting area get another chance to vote KNOWING exactly how many votes are needed to overturn an election? In fact, even a statewide vote is an infringement on MY voting rights here in Louisiana. I had to cast my vote with no knowledge of how the national election would turn out. That's not equal to voting with such knowledge. The voters in Broward county selected this cheater and need to live with what she has done. Throw their results out because they cannot be trusted.

So where the HELL is the FBI? I am a former federal agent, and I’m telling you if there isn’t enough for a search warrant to go in and just seize the ballots and search all offices, cars, homes, storage units you name it, they’re awful damned close. Hell, didn’t someone just sign a sworn affidavit? This is definitely a federal matter, not just a state matter. I don’t really see a good excuse for nonaction here.
seems to me, with the judge’s order in hand, Scott should have been there at 7:00, backed by state police, to break the door down, if needed.

not at all reasonable, unless you want to disrupt (open a pandora’s box) voting processes for the future even more. It’s not just about this moment only but every choice now effects the future.
