Easy answer...…….We’ll build all new Nuclear power plants in the USA , and make the grid 100% Nuclear Generated.

Then we can ship all the High & Low level waste to the middle east and dump it in their back yard. Problem Solved!

For the past 20+ years, there has been no warming trend except during El Nino events, which have nothing to do with climate. Remove them from the picture and the warming trend is a minimal and undetectable 0.02 degrees C (0.03 F) per decade – far less than the margin of error.

If it were just El Ninos, the earth would cool off between El Ninos instead of staying steady (aka the "pause")

Now there are a couple things about that chart. One is that the long term rate of rise is higher than the other satellite index from Roy Spencer, so take it with some skepticism. Another is that we just had a super El Nino and are about to go into another long "pause", so expect the long term rate to drop again.

The long term warming is definitely higher than the author's claim of 0.02C per decade, and less than the nearly 0.2C per decade shown above. But either way the warming is small and welcome. We need warming, not cooling. A pause is ok, but we are heading into a deep solar minimum and that could result in cooling.

Another important thing to understand about the El Nino warming is that it is caused by the sun. We had exceptionally high solar input for the 1998 super El Nino. We had high solar activity for the 2016 super El Nino. In constrast there was very low solar activity for the 2010 El Nino. You can see it on the chart, but it didn't cause any lasting global warming.

OK!! Everybody pay attention!
Lesson for today:
1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as the earth.
2. The sun is a giant nuclear furnace that controls the climates of all its planets.
3. The earth is one of the sun’s planets.
4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the size of the sun.
5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.
Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?

Doesn’t our Constitution prohibit a government-imposed RELIGION?

Isn’t “Global Warmism” a RELIGION?

IMHO, it’s time to move beyond superstitions, fantasies and bogey men.

What's next for the US climate? Well, ah.. it's mid-Autumn. Most of the foliage has peaked. Some snow in the higher elevations. Wildfires in Ca. (prayers for those folks) bright, beautiful and blustery day here on the Jersey Shore. And..um..next month, 21st. I think, it's winter! Yup. That's what's up for the climate.
