In the old days, they probably would have realized that a student like that probably had no business being in school to begin with by the time they were ten or twelve years old, so it was then time to put them in the factory or on the farm and that was it.

In the old days (like when I was in high school in the 50’s) the kid would have wound up hospitalized.
In the modern days (now), this teenage thug is on track for jail and/or prison, so she will likely end up out of the school system or out of civilized society at some point. Let’s hope it happens over property theft or something like that rather than assault on another person or worse.
