I don’t know and neither do you. A recount is by definiton a count of votes already counted.
All the bs recounts in 2000 resulted in no more then a few hundred votes changing.

I think you grossly underestimate Soros and the dems fight...They will insist a ton of found uncounted ballots must be included...lawsuits will abound. Chaos is their king.
