The US Senate is the FINAL arbiter for which individuals will be seated. I’m sure there would be blood in the Senate Chambers if it happens but the majority can accept whichever candidate they choose for each seat. The State of Florida, the Florida Supreme Court and the US Supreme Court have no say in the matter.
