Some of it is systemically baked in right now. E.g., DACA recipients get drivers licenses and are commonly registered to vote when applying for any sort of government aid, etc. And that’s all they need to vote, though they aren’t citizens! Moreover, almost all working illegals have some sort of fake ID and SS#, etc.

Desperate times call for desperate measures.

All "Hispanic" names would need to be cross checked for additional ID, facial recognition to prove legitimacy. Legal immigrants could be called upon to expose known-wetbacks. Otherwise, on a case by case basis, personal interviews would have to occur. Those non-English speaking or heavily accented individuals would need to receive "extreme vetting".

But I have a feeling that "voter fraud" damage is a drop in the bucket compared to the "election fraud" hoaxes.
