Nov. 11 (UPI) — Florida’s statewide recount began Sunday morning after a three-hour delay amid a series of technical glitches with Broward County’s counting machines, elections officials said.

All machines must be at zero .
Each batch is marked with totals votes and the party break down by precinct . Any variances by precinct must be cleared up at that time .
Over votes are removed .

This is the the way they do it. Step 1 “find” enough votes for the recount. Step 2. Use the interim time to really got to work. They are really going for broke in the cheating this time. 3 Governors 3 Senators God knows how many House seats, we just lost a few more in CA because of more “found” votes. So Trump and the rest of the GOP is just going to sit back and let this happen? Are you F’n kidding me?
