I’ll err on the side of caution and say just pardon him, or least commute his sentence. He doesn’t need to go to prison for 10 years even if the worst is true.
Yeah, screw it, I don’t trust the Justice department. They love “getting convictions” cause some lawyers are just sick ducks who just get off on it, they couldn’t care less about justice. And you can never trust charges against a Republican. Where are the democrat indictments?
