The Republicans should take this issue to a higher court. It is obvious that this judge is democrat-leaning. Trying to get a fair decision out of him is useless.

I would think the Governor has the authority to activate the FL National Guard.

You’re assuming they’re counting the original batch of ballots. They’re not. They’re “re”-counting the original batch of ballots PLUS the fraudulant ones manufactured by Snipes’ crew and incorporated into the batch. (I believe she admitted adding ballots.)

Thanks for posting that link. I saw the movie with Brad Johnson, and have read small accounts of the situation, but this was very good — provided a lot of backstory.
Arrest the judge.
