Scott and Desantis are toast. They might as well throw in the towel. Too much corruption to overcome and owned judges won’t allow any challenges.
No they aren’t. DeSantis was up by 38,000 votes and Scott was up by 15,000. The most a recount ever moves is 1000 to 1500 votes. They’ll still win, but Broward and Palm Beach must be dealt with.
Senate can refuse to seat Nelson and seat Scott instead (if they have some backbone.)
Florida legislature can refuse to seat Gillums.
I hope the Senate will also refuse to seat Cinema (or whatever her name is.)
If the situation were the reverse in Florida and these shenaagans were going on in favor of the Republicans, and the Senate were controlled by Democrats, they would have NO problem whatsoever in refusing to seat the Republican. In fact, they have done so in the past when they did not like the outcome of an election, and they had any excuse at all not to seat the Republican.
