All voter registration records need to be deleted every 4 years or have an expiration date. Make voters re-register every few years.
AGREED purge all the rolls every 4 years.and no more mail in unless you are out of state, or military, and they should have a cut off before election day so we do not see the fiasco we see in AZ.

Plus, a face to face verification of continuance of life all voters above a certain age, perhaps 95 years old or thereabouts.
And show proof of citizenship the first time you register.
