Democratic Rep. Kyrsten Sinema has won Arizona's open U.S. Senate seat, beating Republican Rep. Martha McSally. The race between Sinema and McSally was one of the most closely watched in the nation. Sinema was declared the winner Monday as her lead grew insurmountable during Arizona's lengthy vote-count. Sinema is a former liberal activist who became a centrist member of Congress. Her win follows years of Democratic shutouts at the statewide level in Arizona and shows that the longtime Republican bastion is becoming a swing state.

I sure am glad that the Arizona Republicans nominated a nice moderate like McSally who can reach across the aisle. If the GOP nominated a hard right candidate supported by Trump the Democrats would have picked up that Senate seat. Oops! What happened?

McSally ran a negative campaign. Yes Sinema is a moonbat lefty. But she’s cute and the all negative blitz didn’t work for McSally and just fell flat. Ducey won in a walk. McSally was just a bad candidate. I think Ward would have won handily. Sinema if she runs as advertised will be a one termer.
Have to hold Florida. GOP needs better candidates in 2020 and the RNC Chairwoman as well as the Senator (Cornyn) also should be taking heed. Montana and Arizona were there for the taking.

Impossible to repeal the 17th. Too much work. Republicans are lazy when it comes to standing up for free market principals.The free market will handle it. Right? What happens if DJT doesn’t run again? We are toast. 2 more SCOTUS appointments will help send him out victorious but will it?
He was in France remember. McCain is giving it back to us from his grave and Flakey is giddy.
