And for today’s pro-Dem ruling:

A federal judge has ordered Tuesday Gwinnett County (GA) officals must count absentee ballots where the applicants either made an error on or omitted their birth date.

In the ruling, United States District Judge Leigh Martin May ruled that Gwinnett county cannot reject “absentee ballots containing an error or omission relating to the absentee voter’s year of birth” and must “delay certification until such ballots have been counted”.

In a change of pace, this ruling was in response to a lawsuit by the Dem candidate for GA-7’s House seat (currently trailing the Republican by about 900 votes - but not for long).

Fulton county just certified. It's the biggest county in GA. 72% Abrams, 27% Kemp. 3,549 provisional ballots, 1,555 thrown out for out-of-county or unregistered. Figure 1430 for Abrams, 535 Kemp. That's less than 900 pickup for Abrams. She needs 21000.

Not a chance in hell she makes it.
