The kid was not hit. But the video clearly shows the homeowner aiming his gun at the kid as the kid was running away.

I can’t get the NBC link to work. Was the boy hit? How do we know he was running away? Uninjured according to the article. Four to Ten would make more sense if he had injured they guy. No injury at all, makes this punishment a travesty of justice.

How do we know he was running away?
Front porch surveillance camera. You could see him on the sidewalk moving away from the house and his legs going up and down really, really fast........
