While I certainly don’t trust CNN, here is another mystery to me. I have previously served in an appointed position. If I knew my boss was unhappy with me I would resign, in fact, I have on one occasion due to incompatible ways of achieving a common goal. But the reality is that if you are appointed and your boss isn’t happy or there are difference of opinions, you resign! You don’t hang on and go out the door kicking and screaming and creating unnecessary drama. You resign honorably and move on. How bad is it that the first lady ostensibly sends out a press release calling for you to go? Man, just go!

I understand this was over her African trip....the aide threatened Melania she'd cancel her trip if she didn't do as she said. Apparently the Aide has had run ins with others on Melania's staff and those in the West wing as well. At any rate she's apparently caused a lot of unnecessary conflict.
