Horrible, as this is, I don’t believe in vigilante justice.
The judge who gave her this “sentence” needs to be recalled from his position and not hired anywhere else.
When the word ‘justice’ becomes totally risible as part of ‘criminal justice’ then a free people should assert their inalienable rights to justice in a more direct way. Tar and feather for the judge and something much more unpleasant for the perp.
Since the jury found the woman not guilty, I'm not what the judge could have done. However, IMO, the $25 fine is worse than fining her nothing.
