This awful! Why are people not facing consequences from these judges?

Perhaps because some folks don’t know the difference between a judge and a jury.

She faced a jury of her peers, they acquitted her of the serious charges. The judge can do nothing once the jury speaks.

The jury heard testimony and evidence and the 12 of them agreed the facts and evidence did not meet the conditions the law for the crime charged. either the evidence/facts did not add up or the PA/DA did not make the case. Maybe both.

Agreed, something smells in PA; either the law is too vague or the process failed.
