Its here. My insurance company wanted me to get in on so called health and wellness checks. Because I refused, my premiums went up 50 bucks a month. That is extortion. I see my PMD annually for a check up. I am in reasonably good health for 61. No hypertension, cholesterol is controlled, no diabetes or heart disease. I am an adult...if there is something wrong with me I will discuss it with my MD and get treatment options. These wellness checks want to shove a variety of vaccines down your throat, make your lab checks more frequent, document exercise, etc. I refuse to take a flu vaccine because they usually don’t prevent the flu and the injection has thermisol as an ingredient.
They laid wellness checks on me today too.

I’m 60. Never had a flu shot, never gonna get one..
Plus, I don’t drink at all. Maybe I can sell some of you drunks a few drink credits.
