In that case, they proceed on to a January 2021 situation where the new incoming House will have enough states to deny President Trump the election via that secondary method.

Create enough Chaos and Mayhem during the vote count to get the election tossed into the House Of Reps as stated in the Constitution, with the existing Dem majority in the House will elect who ever they want, as the new House won’t be in place till Jan 2021 and the House and Senate races tied up in the same SNAFU.
SO create the Coup via Election Chaos and Judge shop to get Judge to re-write the rule book on the fly.
