Think of Amazon in the same way you think of Facebook and Google. In the beginning, they provide free services to get customers and advertisers, with no censorship. Once they achieve defacto monopoly status, they lower the boom on all those they disagree with (conservatives and non-progressives), not leave those with an opportunity to duplicate their success elsewhere.

Once Amazon is fully monopolized on the Internet as the premiere site for selling stuff, they will then dictate their policies and start throttling conservatives. First, the books, then music, and other media. Then perhaps by region. Are you in a red county in Texas? Throttled delivery and fulfillment times. In Solid communist Santa Monica? It’s the speedway for you.

Then, over time, they throttle EVERYONE, little by little, but noticeable. Only the affluent that are left (the middle class becoming more and more squeezed downward), they are the only ones whom are left with now-normal service. Finally, the true dystopia starts: Denial of sales to people based on whom Amazon allows. Don’t have Alexa on in every room, vehicle, and even patio 100% of the time? No service. Say anything that Alexa reports as subversive, say, support for the US Constitution? No service.

This is the trend, folks.

Can’t say I disagree with you, on all that you stated.
