Caldwell should forget a “Process Server” that, in this case would be a Broward Sheriff’s officer no doubt— and go direct to the FDLE... FL Dept of Law Enforcement, which CAN exert State pressure on this local officeholder to accept a Served Document and sign for it— UNDER the LAWS of FLORIDA- which SHE MUST OBEY or, be arrested. Period. This is the law- not subject to interpretation by individuals.
