In Japan when the law suddenly disappears —lessay an earthquake, then a yuge flood— order remains:
People have ALL KINDS of background similarities and norms that kick in; people line up in an orderly way, there is barely any looting, etc. They have the same upbringing and the “group” theme is very strong.
What would happen in multicultural, religiously deracinated America, if large numbers of average people came to see the law as NOT MATTERING any longer..?
Would we see the type of civic order, as in monocultural Japan?
WE WOULD SEE ABSOLUTE BEDLAM.

In fact the proper, reliable rule of law is MORE important for America functioning than in Japan.

For what its worth, looks like there was some type of consent decree agreement that just expired regarding elections.

If this expired pre mid terms GOP should have immediately done this anywhere an election night result was overturned....

This is going to blow up badly in their faces. They have taken the bait hook, line and sinker.
Sit down. Read Atlas Shrugged. Find ways to put its ideas into operation, to deny our skills and talents and resources to the Federal government in every way possible. This definitely means refusing all forms of Federal employment or subsidy. This may mean taking a lesser job, or no job. It may mean using the laws of the United States to realize as little earned income as possible. It may even mean an all-out citizens' tax strike at some point.
They have learned to use our desire to achieve a better life against us - now it's time we use their greed for the unearned against them. They gain power only when citizens need them and feel themselves to be dependent upon them.
Let them steal elected offices as they will - only to learn they have stolen no real power at all.
Seems to me that agitation is the only strategy left. We have to be loud and angry about the injustice.
This isn’t going to be solved without civil war, as much as it breaks my heart to say it.
Those who make peaceful revolution impossible make violent revolution inevitable.
Only way to stop it without war, at least in my inexpert view, is to finish the MAGA takeover of the GOP FAST.
