McSally lost precisely because conservatives saw her as a RINO or liberal, and they will no longer support such people most anywhere in the US.
This means that she would be the worst appointee to office, with her support coming almost exclusively from the national Republican leadership and wealthy donors.
In turn, Ducey is very popular with conservatives. But this could end with a bad appointment. After decades of misery with McCain, Arizona conservatives will only support a conservative candidate.

One of the hopes I had was that Trump would inspire more good people to run for office as Republicans.
Apparently that tree has yet to bear fruit.

McSally seems to think so, she didn’t put up any fight.

If McSally lost by acting like another McCain and shunning Conservatives, then we need to dump her.

Really? They kept electing McCain over and over again. So, your explanation doesn’t fly.

While it is really hard for me to say this ...lately Graham has become a much more conservative. Maybe McCain's death has had an effect on him!!!

Andy Biggs or Debbie Lesko. Both represent congressional districts are inside Maricopa County.

Stanton is gonna have competition. Grant Woods is running in 2020 as a Rep turned Dem. Woods will have the McCain machine behind him.

No! I donated and voted for her but her sour personality will turn off even a lot of conservatives.

They are saying that Sinema got Republican moderate votes.

As an Arizonian I think the best candidate would be my current House member (the hardest working pol I have ever seen) but I suspect the Repub's would not like to lose another member of their house delegation. American Conservative Union rating of 93%.
I nominate Rep. Paul Gosar.

I would imagine a Marxist would be easier to defeat than a RINO in 2020?
But who knows in these crazy times.
And it is AZ...
