The cable box (or receiver) should never land on that channel. It’s highly effective. I know the cable companies keep stats on what channels get viewership. Most of the boxes now are very smart, but even before these when the signal was analog, the cable companies measured which channel frequencies had the most drain or draw down (can’t remember the technical side of it). They don’t run to nielson for this stuff.
Hurt fox in the ratings. It’s what they are about.
