isn’t there an automatic 2nd recount, by hand, now required?

This is my area of real concern as it is almost a certainty for the Florida-wide State Agriculture Commissioner Office. The Democrat's legal team will be doing a full-court press to add these other races (US Senate & FL Governor) to the hand recount as 'the look for one race can be easily extended to three at little cost'. That gives them the hope for the relaxed standards they are asking for and the 'right' to interpret the voter's 'intent'!

I fear the ugly and there are a lot of compliant Federal Judges after 8 years of Obama.

Yesterday two articles came out about it. Here’s one:

“The Florida Department of State last week asked federal prosecutors to investigate dates that were changed on official state election documents, the first voting “irregularities” it has flagged in the wake of the 2018 elections.”

Not only that, but it seems the Feds are quietly investigating too.

Same Federal Bureau of Ineptitude that investigated Hillary's emails.

The machine recount decides whether there will be a hand recount. We do not have those numbers yet to even determine if a hand recount would happen, which isespecially important because since Palm Beach did not meet the machine recount deadline— and they must, as a result by law, report the midnight Election Night report numbers (inclusive at that point of absentee ballots counted as votes). By law, the count for Palm Beach reverts to that number. And thus... unlikely (even with Broward’s screw ups) a % difference close enough to require (again by law) a hand recount in the Senator vote. Or even in the Agriculture Secretary (keeper of the Concealed Carry licensure Division).

BTW, all FReepers here— Bucher (the SOE for Palm Beach County) is blaming..... mechanical breakdown for the inability to run ballots through a scanning machine. Again, over 2 years to recognize this “antiquated” as she called it machinery and purchase new ones. This is her ONLY job... except retaining reliable fake vote machinery and workers, as she was elected to do. Even more so for the Broward “educator” “Dr.” Snipes. Sheesh. Apparatchiks. BTW also— the PB SOE “dog whistled” to the Broward SOE— essentially saying— “i can’t produce any more-— get going”.

There will be proof of blank ballots filled out (examine the way the ballots are filled out— they will have many repeat “fill in” styles that can be ID’d. Time to clean house.

Well, it means a lot of “walking around” money spread by the street crews and..... AFSCME and SEIU and hotel workers and .... well on and on. And they made movies and TV shows about ‘corrupt’ rural towns (like... Sparta, or mississippi burning, etc.). Broward makes these people look like pikers. See: US Attorney Whisenant’s “suicide” and the corrupt Broward Sheriff’s office (many years back, a famous city confidential on the swinger’s scene, compromising commissioners and many others by a blackmailing husband/wife sheriffs officers swinger partners filming the wife with the ... target. Like KGB operations... blackmail.

I think you are right - but they will give up this time and point out that Scott gained votes instead of Nelson and hope it makes it possible to get away with stealing others down the road.
