LOL, snow pants down. hehe
we had about one inch of wet snow; then, rain, rain, and more rain.
“Snow pants down”...what else can you call it when:
Local road crews were still in leaf-vacuuming mode and hadn’t readied their plow trucks;
PennDOT was still advertising for seasonal winter drivers;
and on the homefront, my primary blading tractor was in the shop for an engine overhaul?
