Wait till she finds out the cost of housing. If she wants to be near the Capitol, she’s looking at around $2200 - $2500 per month for a 650 sq ft alley row home. Charming but small. Or she could buy the same housing for 1/2 million plus dollars. She wouldn’t need a car, so that’s one savings :)
