Democrats are trying to steal an election in Florida

Gov. Rick Scott (R) leads Sen. Bill Nelson (D) by 12,562 votes in the Florida Senate race. A margin of victory that large has never been overturned in a recount....[snip] Democrats have filed a series of lawsuits to change Florida elections laws. The result would be that they can count ineligible votes in the hope that these will provide the margin necessary to overcome Scott’s lead. ... Florida statute mandates that, ... vote-by-mail ballots are counted only if they are “received by the SOE by 7 p.m...." Nelson sued demanding that [late] mail ballots... be counted ... ... Florida law says mail and provisional ballots are counted only if signatures match ... Democrats are asking a judge to throw that law out....

Federal prosecutors are investigating charges that Florida Democratic Party officials urged voters to fix their ballots after Election Day, . .... [snip] Florida law... prescribing what constitutes a ‘clear indication on the ballot that the voter has made a definite choice.... Now Democratic lawyers are asking ... Florida to ignore this intent standard when reviewing “under votes,”.... While national Democrats sue in the courts to change election laws, local Democratic officials running the recount are accused of engaging in serious irregularities.... There is also evidence that officials in Democrat-leaning Broward have been dragging their feet in carrying out the recount.... These counties’ problems could have many different possible causes, including incompetence- fraud, or both. But it’s fair to ask whether these Democratic counties are intentionally slow rolling the recounts in the hopes that Democratic lawsuits will work and a judge will allow them to count ineligible votes in violation of state law. As Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) explained, “That isn’t a strategy to win an election, that is a strategy to steal an election.”

The ‘You all will keep counting until I win’ method of becoming a Senator.

Apparently it’s never too early or late to vote in Florida.

I chopped 600 words out. The writer spelled most of the theft out very clearly.

However he did not address the shocking discrepancy in ballot counts, not the unexplained clandestine trucks delivering and removing ballot boxes in the 48 hours post election.

Of note is that Florida Rep. (Ft. Walton-Conservative) Matt Gaetz was barred from filming this activity and threatened with arrest by BSO.

In addition, the FL GOP has had to sue BSOE, PBCSOE, & Hillsborough SOE to allow for Republican observers or (R) candidate observers.

It’s a sham and a crying shame and don’t think because you aren’t in Broward or Florida that your election is safe or even real.

Your local or county elections may be just more polished and perfected at election theft than South Florida’s criminal element.

Floriduh = inept cheaters.

Shocking -Yes. After 10 days a leftist paper has finally acknowledged that election theft by democrats is real and underway in Florida.

They have been in cover & denial for the rats, non-stop,

Note that Marc Thiesson, the columnist, was a former Bush speechwriter.

They need 24/7 surveillance to cover heavily corrupted election offices.

Stiff penalties and imprisonment for those orchestrating these crimes.

Once evidence is found in several states, the GOP must take a lawsuit to the Supreme Court. Asking as a remedy that election day results be used for the entire country and vote counts after be thrown out due to being tainted. Also poll protection be ensured by opposition party observation during and after elections.

Advertising you are looking for information on voter fraud and offering a reward is a good way of getting information

The counties of Broward & PB were clearly tainted from the beginning and should have been omitted from the Florida total.

It teaches everyone a stiff lesson on vote fraud.

Research your state state crimes. Some prosecute (FL does) and others don’t (TX).

They were supposed to start the hand count at 7AM. They are an hour late already and have not yet seated the canvassing teams or given instructions on the proper procedures.

Republicans and other honest people consider most elections to be over when the polls close and the votes are counted.
~~~~~
Actually, I personally agree with the concept that every vote should count. However, I believe that election law is law for a reason, and most of us recognize when we are preparing our mail in ballots to mail it early enough, or when voting in person, to get there on time, OR WE DON’T GET TO VOTE.
The other problem with the ‘ever vote counts’ concept is the cheating, of course, and when democrats in Florida say that every vote should count, they really mean all the stuff that was brought in after they saw what the margins were shaping up to be.
I’m no legal scholar, but the problem here is, when does your (constitutional?) right to have a vote supersede local and state laws. Seems like there is room for an activist judge to question it that way
Laws do not apply to Democrats. I’d put a sarcasm tag on that but it really is true! Sad.
Since we still control Congress, TRUMP should pass Voter ID in all 50 States then have the Supreme Court make it legal!!!!!
The FL senate race is a must win for Dems. If they win then the count is 52 - 48 in the senate. The Dems think that they can flip 3 repubs on any crucial vote. But if Scott wins then it is 53 - 47. Dems do not feel that they can flip 4 repubs on a critical vote.
I was thinking of moving to Florida someday is it too early for me to vote there?
A provisional ballot, of course.
I don’t see why not. You are thinking about moving there. That shows *intent*. Voting is all about *intent*, according to the Dems.
If you identify as a Floridian, you are one.
Like any other banana republic, we really need election observers from other countries.
Not sure what you mean by “...others don’t (TX),” because Texas DOES prosecute Voter Fraud. It has been a long time coming, but they have in fact prosecuted several cases recently. And more importantly, I hope they continue to hammer home the importance of voter fraud convictions by changing the law to stiffen the penalties for voter fraud.
Personally, I think it should be closer to the penalties of murder and such...voter fraud is the murder of our Constitutional Republic by deceit!
