This is maddening! Evidently the White House/President won’t appeal this ridiculous decision?
To even try to appeal this is BS. This is clearly an executive power the President alone possesses and he should not concede it to anybody. Otherwise separation of powers is a joke and we should all meekly bow to our new black robed masters.
