Mr President, the time for talk is done. The elections are over, shut it down if you don’t get FULL funding now because you won’t get it later. And use the military for a show of force on the border, not meals on wheels.

So far, the horde at Tiajuana is frustrated and discouraged and very few are being processed on asylum grounds. Tiajuana is already being overwhelmed and the mayor is frustrated and upset.
Trump should state that it is inhumane to put the hordes through this and besides, there is no way they will be allowed in as they were before.
Building the wall is he best solution for all involved, etc.

I look for trump to pull out.... especially once all the house investigations essentially shut the gov down. Speaking of shutting it down I hope trump shuts the fed gov down if he cannot get border wall funding. If he cannot get anything through he might as well step aside. Id prefer to see CW II than continue down the socialist road to ruin.

At the border, people are getting frightened. Commerce is slowing down. Hordes are threatening to force their way through the border at various places , disperse into their neighborhoods and cause dangerous disruption.
No country is morally rquired to accept and absorb even asylum seekers if they will overwhelm the capabilities of the country.
Trump had better do whatever it takes to keep these people out regardless of political consequences or he will lose his base.
Right now he has a majority in the House and a majority in the Senate. He doesn't need Democrats to fund the wall. If it isn't funded then blame his own party.

Instead of blaming a shutdown on the dems Trump advertises that he wants to shut down the government. We shall see how well this approach works.

I think the President should bypass Congress altogether and appeal directly to the American people.
