I can hear the greenies already screaming about killing the moths, or beetles, or worms, or maggots, etc., etc.
However, to sane people (like us) it makes sense.
I aint gonna get into this.
You all discuss it. It can be done, and done by those who know. There is no reason whatever that all those lives need be snuffed out and all those homes and buildings be destroyed.

I worked on the teacup sale just above the canyon fire that happened in Oak Creek Canyon. That fire broke over the ridge and guess what? It stopped at the boundry of that sale. They could NOT even find enough fuel on the forest floor of that sale to start a back fie.
What about the people?
Well you can hire non violence criminals to follow the forest clearing machines and plants seedings in the new cut. Protect the environment, replant the area and have criminals do work ( we pay them) or any one who wants to work. Everyone wins.
