Trannies are still an issue aren’t they?

Title IX covers woman’s issues. What about a guy who thinks he is a woman? What if he dresses as a woman and then a prospective straight guy finds the trasnnie’s johnson and smacks him in the face?

The left is not yet off the hook but narrowing the definition of “harassment” to well, harassment, is a good start.

However, the changes do nothing to address the real problem, Title IX law itself. All this accomplishes is a change until the next administration decides to rewrite the rules again.

The Dept of ‘Education’ was created in 1979......

Short story -
My father was high up in public school administration & planning. He retired in 1981, 2 years before his planned date due to the fact that local & state education were now being dictated to by bureaucrats in Washington DC. Local control was being wrenched away.

He stated that evening that the first thing the system advocated was removing discipline from the classroom. Teachers & principals would no longer have the authority to punish and/or remove unruly & belligerent students. He also maintained at the time in a generation public schools would be an open NEA sewer whose intentions were not in the students best interests.

Dad was old school, stuck to his guns and resigned despite the pleading of the school board. He lived happily another 31 years.
