Many on our side cannot understand the left and the homostapo use steps to gain in their agenda. Sadly those people think that if they give in to one step then the left would stop which is not the case.
Which presumes they will be forced to allow unmarried homosexual priests in the first place. But when you essentially presume to know better than God, who nowhere in Scripture mandated clerical celibacy (with rare exceptions), and instead reveals married pastors and deacons to be the norm, (1 Tim. 1:11) including among the apostles, (1 Co. 9:5) and with celibacy being a gift not all have, (1 Co. 7:7) - and which Rome presumes all her priests have (save for a few converts but who cannot marry after being widowed), then do not be surprised if the RC priesthood becomes attractive to religious homosexuals.
Of course, the RC priesthood is just one of many distinctive Catholic teachings that are not manifest in the only wholly inspired substantive authoritative record of what the NT church believed (including how they understood the OT and gospels), which is Scripture, especially Acts thru Revelation.
