I read through the 70+ pages of the Manafort indictment and what shocked me the most was how blatant the Skadden/Gregory Craig being given over 4 million dollars of dirty Russian money to sell their reputation was.
I have now realized that this will not be what people discuss because the left wing partisan press will not touch it because Craig was Obama’s White House counsel and the right wing press won’t touch it because Trump tweeted saying Manafort is a stand up guy and the press free of these partisan leanings is afraid of Skadden - a huge law firm.
Yet dropping 4 million just to buy a celebrity law firm reputation supported lie means that with a mere billion they can buy 250 such highly supported lies.
A positive solution I can think here is to change the environment so that the big law firms would think twice before selling their reputation for a mere 4 millions, so that means changing the 30 second goldfish memory of people.
Cutting throats also works -- I mean that in the nicest possible way, of course.
