The University of Southern California (USC) library system has seemingly begun censoring a 2012 academic article documenting that men, on average, get slapped with a 63 percent longer prison sentence than women for the same crimes.
The article, “Estimating Gender Disparities in Federal Criminal Cases” is widely accessible online to the public. But after a USC lecturer assigned the article in Spring 2018 class, the article somehow is no longer accessible by search in the USC library system.
If you search for the article on the USC library site, you will find a link to a critique of the article -- but not the article itself.
PJ Media reached out to USC last Thursday to ask why the article was removed, and requested to be connected to a librarian. The school’s spokesman claimed I couldn’t see the article because I didn’t have a USC student library login. However, I still could not find the article with a login -- and neither could USC students I spoke with...

“We’re in the middle of a ‘prison reform’ debate designed to bring us back to the crime levels of the 1990s, with the goal of releasing thousands early, maybe millions, of prisoners early due to skin color. We don’t need these ‘side issues’ getting in the way.”
Obviously the USC authorities are trying to protect white women from accusations of white privilege, and to suppress the racist sentences doled out to black victims of the white supremacist legal system. /s

I know that - it’s the first issue that I have a major problem with regarding Trump. Without his support, prison ‘reform’ would have about as much traction with Republicans in Congress as it did under Obama.
This is absolutely a real thing. Remember how that leftist loser, Reality Winner, specifically said she expected to get a light sentence because she’s “a cute white girl”? The left knows it’s true although they’ll always deny it when pressed.
I’d be curious about the sentencing disparity when it comes to the gender of the VICTIM. If a man commits a crime against a woman, I’m betting the sentence is far more severe than the reverse case.

They admitted-up front-that they were being punished unfairly BECAUSE they were being disciplined the SAME way as male prisoners who had broken the rules.

If a woman does the same crime as a male, she ought be sentenced to the exact same jail/prison time.
Same as False Accusations. Every single person who has knowingly made False Accusations should be sentenced to the MINIMUM jail/prison time, if the accused was put through the judicial system, even if not convicted.
If a person has gone to jail/prison based upon a knowingly False Accusation, then the accuser should have to spend the exact time of the sentence already served by the convicted person.
I don’t care if it’s a kid doing the accusing. Because society makes excuses for false accusers they learn nothing and have it in their mindset that they got away with it....
You missed the point of prison reform. It’s to increase justice while decreasing injustice.

Why would we want to keep the broken parts of our justice system? Those are the parts established by the racist democrat party.

What everyone is missing is that it's male judges who are granting those lighter sentences, and in many cases for that reason.
With all the feminist cries for equality they really do not want to face the same treatment as men. Men are treated as disposable, irredeemable, unimportant, guilty, sacrificial, etc. From women’s restrooms being closer to men having to register for the draft, why would women want to give up all the privileges they enjoy? Courts are biased in favor or women. Men die earlier than women but the media focus is on women’s healthcare. My employer just raised $100,000 for breast cancer. It’s an annual thing. Do they ever fundraise for a leading men’s health issue? Nope. Advertising is aimed at women because they are the primary consumers whether it’s their own earnings being spent or not.
Men shell out billions a year for prostitutes in America alone, and you're complaining about $100,000 being raised for women's health issues. How about if men take some of the disposable income they have for prostitutes, and donate it to research on men's health issues or any number of other men's causes?
I know someone if going to reply the point is they're spending all of this money on women's health issues and next to nothing on men, but that's what happens when women invest in standing up for their rights while men invest in, you know.
